Which terms govern depends on the service you use, whether your use is a paid business service, a free browser-based tool, or a beta service, and whether your order or plan includes service-specific commitments.
Paid business customers

Specific data products or data-related services
Service-specific legal terms that apply where ClearSKY provides data products, delivered data, or related data services.
When to read it: Read this if your order includes data deliveries or a service that references these terms.
Free browser-based tools
Terms for ClearSKY's free browser-based tools, including polygon, AOI, tile, conversion, validation, viewing, and utility tools.
When to read it: Read this if you use polygon.clearsky.vision, tiles.clearsky.vision, or similar free ClearSKY tools.
B2B beta, preview, pilot, or experimental services
Additional terms for ClearSKY beta services offered to business customers, including no SLA unless expressly agreed.
When to read it: Read this if ClearSKY gives your organisation access to a beta, preview, pilot, experimental, or early-access service.
Plans or agreements that include service commitments
Service levels, uptime commitments, timeliness commitments, quality remedies, and service credits where expressly included in the applicable plan or commercial terms.
When to read it: Relevant only if your subscription, order form, or agreement includes SLA coverage.

Website visitors, leads, customers, and users
Explains what personal data ClearSKY collects, how it is used, the legal bases for processing, retention periods, international transfers, and your privacy rights.
When to read it: Read this if you want to understand how ClearSKY handles personal data and privacy.
Business customers where ClearSKY acts as a processor
Contractual data-processing terms that apply only if and to the extent ClearSKY processes personal data on a customer's behalf in connection with the services.
When to read it: Read this if your organisation uses ClearSKY as a processor under your agreement; it does not generally apply to ordinary website visitors or general controller-side privacy processing.
The applicable order form, subscription terms, or signed commercial agreement may contain service-specific commercial details that control for the relevant service. The Master Terms of Service provide the general framework for paid business services, while service-specific terms may add rules for a particular offering, including data-related services.
The Free Tools Terms apply to free browser-based tools such as polygon.clearsky.vision and tiles.clearsky.vision. The Beta Services Addendum applies only where ClearSKY expressly makes a service, feature, API, workflow, or environment available as beta, preview, pilot, experimental, early access, or similar.
The Privacy Policy explains how ClearSKY handles personal data where ClearSKY acts as controller. The Data Processing Addendum applies only if and to the extent ClearSKY processes personal data on a customer's behalf as processor under the relevant agreement.
The Service Level Agreement applies only where SLA commitments are expressly included in the relevant plan, order form, or other commercial terms. The Acceptable Use Policy supplements the governing agreement and applies broadly across access to and use of ClearSKY services and tools.
