SLA — Uptime, Timeliness, Quality
This plan includes the following SLA commitments:
Uptime: 99% uptime. Monthly availability target. Credits per SLA if below thresholds; submit claim within 30 days.
Timeliness: Next-day by 10:00 CET. New cloud-free updates by 10:00 CET next day when inputs are received. If Original Data Providers are delayed: continue production without them after 24h (USGS/INPE/ISRO) or 7 days (Copernicus).
Quality: Reprocess on artifacts. One-time reproduction if image artifacts are found and reported within 30 days; reacquisition free if improved.
