Choose the output cadence that fits the workflow and add Priority Delivery when data for a new order needs a faster, capacity-limited delivery target.

Cadence controls output delivery. Continuous input acquisition and processing remain active, so lower-frequency delivery receives a modest discount.

Why the discount stays modest
Most monitoring work happens before delivery
ClearSKY evaluates available satellite inputs for the active footprint every day. Weekly delivery therefore does not remove six-sevenths of the acquisition, validation, or processing work. The discount recognizes reduced delivery activity while retaining continuous monitoring.

Priority Delivery
Priority Delivery accelerates initial order fulfillment and is independent of cadence. It applies to the model price after optional inputs, before the cadence adjustment.
Order-to-data target
90% of eligible Priority Delivery orders are delivered within 4 hours after placement. Subject to processing capacity.
Priority resourcing
ClearSKY allocates additional resources to retrieve required source data and produce the ordered outputs as quickly as possible. Priority Delivery cannot change satellite acquisition timing or cloud conditions.
Separate from Live Data SLA
Priority Delivery applies to initial fulfillment of eligible orders. Ongoing Live Data follows the applicable SLA: delivery by 10:00 Europe/Copenhagen time on the scheduled delivery day, unless otherwise agreed. The 4-hour Priority Delivery target is not an SLA unless expressly agreed.
