Subprocessors

This page identifies the subprocessors that ClearSKY uses where ClearSKY processes Personal Data on behalf of a business customer under the applicable customer agreement and Data Processing Addendum.
Not every subprocessor listed below is used for every service, customer, or processing activity. The subprocessors that apply depend on the ClearSKY services used, the applicable order or agreement, and the data submitted to the services.
Service providers used for ClearSKY's own business operations, such as billing, accounting, ordinary business communications, and internal administration, are described by category in ClearSKY's Privacy Policy and are not listed here unless they process Personal Data on behalf of Customer under the Data Processing Addendum.
Current subprocessors
The providers below may process Personal Data where ClearSKY acts as a processor on behalf of Customer.

Changes to subprocessors
ClearSKY may update this page from time to time as subprocessors are added, replaced, removed, or reclassified. Where ClearSKY relies on Customer's general authorization to engage subprocessors under the Data Processing Addendum, ClearSKY will provide notice of intended additions or replacements by updating this page, by email, through the services, or by another reasonable method.
Customers may object to a new subprocessor on documented data protection grounds in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum. Objections and questions may be sent to legal@clearsky.vision.
Important distinction
A subprocessor is a provider that may process Personal Data on behalf of a ClearSKY business customer where ClearSKY acts as a processor. Other providers may process Personal Data for ClearSKY's own business purposes, such as invoicing, accounting, legal compliance, website operation, security, and ordinary communications. Those activities are described in the Privacy Policy and are not necessarily governed by the Data Processing Addendum.
